Co-founder judges the WEGOHealth ‘Health Activist’ Awards

A-Star Sports co-founder Sharon Bassett has been selected as a judge for the WEGOHealth ‘Health Activist’ Awards.

As a judge in the ‘Best in Show: Blog’ and ‘Best Kept Secret’ categories, Sharon will help to review each nominee, including their social profiles, nomination reasons and additional information they have shared, determining who moves on to the next round.  Judging criteria covers:

a. Fit for the Award – how well the nominee fits the category they are nominated for;

b. Use of Social Media – how well the nominee uses social media platforms;

c. Focus on Sharing Information & Engagement – how well the nominee shares their own and others’ information.

Talking of her role in the judging of the awards, Sharon said: “There are many supporters spreading the word positively about health and well-being and I am very excited to be seeing some of the best, most effective, knowledgeable and inspirational communicators through the WEGO Health Activist Awards.”

A-Star Sports has also been nominated for in the #HAAwards in the Best in Show: Twitter category for @AStarSports_UK.
