Weekly classes

Our small class sizes provide encouragement and support for your child to build the confidence, motivation and skills to enjoy sport. These practical and fun learning experiences provide the foundation for your child to develop physically, socially and emotionally through the positive challenges and enjoyment of being active.

In the early stages, children are introduced to and follow a full programme of fundamentals. With short fast activities designed to develop core skills of throwing, catching, running, jumping and hand eye co-ordination with lots of colourful equipment. In the reception year this develops into delivery of our ten core sports:

 Basketball   Cricket
Dodgeball     Football
Handball   Hockey
Rounders   Tag Rugby
Tennis   Volleyball

Learning in a positive, energy packed environment encourages children to enjoy sport and it is our ambition for every child at A-Star Sports to enjoy sport for life.

Click HERE for a full list of classes and don’t forget the first time you attend is a free trial.
