Change 4 Life – 100 day challenge
On 29th November we started the Change 4 Life 100 day challenge. The 100 Day Challenge is a web based physical activity 100 Day individual/team challenge that ‘encourages you to make realistic, permanent and gradual changes in your physical activity and dietary habits’.
The Challenge allows you to gain support from regular updates combined with ideas and tips, which are provided. This enables healthy living and succeeding both motivating and easier to achieve.
